We do not as yet recruit trainees from B-schools.

Mid-career recruitment

Our referral policy is very strong and we use client, candidate and internal references to hire. In the past we have also used newspaper ads and consultants.

Terms

We offer the option of full-time, part-time and contractual engagement, depending on the potential employee’s situation, aspirations and our need.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at our headquarters in Calcutta, in Haldia or at any of our offices in the major cities of eastern India.
